Candy Zhao, a self-taught young watercolor artist who creates realistic painting style with a glimpse of mystery. Candy was born in Beijing and now lives in Adelaide, Australia.

​

Candy has participated in several exhibitions and been awarded First Prizes for her watercolour and portrait paintings at Royal Adelaide Art Prize. In 2018, she was selected as "The Most Potential Artist" by the Adelaide Art Society.​​

​

Her recent passion is to capture the tranquil essence of the natural world and showcase the botanical beauty. Her artworks are currently selling at Barossa Art Gallery & Gift, as well as through many art shows in South Australia.
