Candy Zhao, a watercolor artist and early childhood educator was born in Beijing and now lives in Adelaide, Australia.
"Capturing the humanity of simple scenes or looking for strong emotional connections are my big passions. When people see my paintings I hope they respond as they would when reading a good book. They may feel strong emotions or be overcome by a sense of inner peace. That is the power of Arts, and so what I strive for."
